Furthermore, coronavirus affects older people more than younger people:
- Fever (present in nearly all of individuals, 85-99%)

How to Deal with Symptoms
- Keep hydrated - this is always useful
- Get plenty of rest (this is also a way to prevent yourself from getting the virus)
- Medication can include normal fever medication like ibuprofen and paracetamol. Don't believe the rumors.
- According to Harvard, take Acetamophen first.
- Just follow regular fever protocol (or flu protocol).
- DON'T GO TO THE HOSPITAL UNLESS YOUR SYMPTOMS GET BAD (104+ (40C+) fever, unable to breathe, blood cough, or fever doesn't go away at all for a long time).
Differentiating between Coronavirus and Other Diseases
- While it is always safe to self-quarantine if you have coronavirus-like symptoms, there are differences between coronavirus and other common maladies.
- In much of the northern hemisphere, spring has started, so people get pollen allergy. While symptoms are similar to coronavirus, there are some differences.
- The most important of these is that with an anti-allergy, pollen allergy symptoms resolve, unlike virus symptoms.
- Also, pollen allergy causes eye and nose irritation, but not as commonly cough or fever.
- There may be other diseases with similar symptoms, too:
- Cold: Look for a runny nose and sore throat, but no fever
- Flu: There is no point in you going outside if you have flu anyways, just self-quarantine and wait, because flu and coronavirus symptoms tend to be the same.
- Pneumonia or Bronchitis: Both have similar symptoms and just go to the doctor anyways.
- Many other diseases have similar symptoms, but they are not common: if you see any uncommon symptoms and they get severe, go to the doctor.
